Cancellation & Refund

Free VoIP Shop believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

You may cancel your order and a refund will be issued. You must notify us by phone or email (see below for contact details) that you wish to return the item.

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

 
Refund Policy

Free VoIP Shop wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. Items must be returned at your cost and be in a saleable condition. They must be undamaged and returned in the original packaging with any accessories provided. Reasonable care must be taken of the goods.

 If you are dissatisfied with our product, we may return your money back within a period of 7 business days. This period shall start for you on the date on which your declaration of revocation is sent and for us on the date that it is received.

Hardware returns can be accepted only on brand new factory-packed merchandise. Items returned in used or altered condition will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges may be processed up to 7 days after arrival date. There may be a 15% restocking fee or cash payment or a 20% restocking charge on credit card purchases to cover processing, insurance, and bank charges.
